Blackened progressive metallers IATT — that stands for I Am the Trireme. While we’re here, a trieme was an ancient Roman ship — have been making a racket in the Philly area since their 2008 formation. But their forthcoming full-length, Nomenclature, will likely make them much more than a Delaware valley concern when it is released on Swedish label Black Lion on September 27. Fortunately, you won’t have to wait until the end of summer to hear some new prog wizardry from IATT, as we have the first taste of Nomenclature in the form of “Arsenic Ways” for your listening pleasure.
