Decibel Metal and Beer Fest FAQs

We’re stoked to host the second annual Decibel Metal and Beer Fest at the Fillmore Philadelphia this year, where you’ll have the opportunity to take in an all star lineup of bands including MayhemAt the GatesCarcass and 11 other crushers and an all-star lineup of craft breweries from around the country. We know March seems far away now, but it’ll be upon us before we know it. Check out our below guide to answer some of your questions on the festival; see you in the pit!

What are my ticket options?
You can purchase a one- or two-day “Metal & Beer Ticket,” which allows you to watch all bands performing. It also gives you access to samples from all 20 breweries who will be at Decibel Metal and Beer Fest, as well as access to all breweries and bars plus a Decibel Metal and Beer Fest tasting cup.

You may also purchase a one- or two-day “Just Metal” ticket (limited to 500 each day) that grants you access to all four bars on the first floor, as well as the ability to see each band playing. You will also have the opportunity to purchase samples of featured breweries from the bar.

How much does it cost?
“Metal & Beer” tickets are $80 for one day and $150 for both.

“Just Metal” tickets are $42 for one day and $82 for both.

If you bought four craft beers at the fest, you would be spending more than $40. The “Metal and Beer Ticket” pays for itself and then some!

Are the breweries in an area separate from the bands?
No, Decibel Metal & Beer Fest is a fully integrated fan experience. You can walk over to the 3 Floyds table, sample a “Blood of the Sunsets” beer, co-brewed by At the Gates, WHILE you watch At the Gates!

Where can I purchase tickets?
Purchase Saturday tickets here.
Purchase Sunday tickets here.
Purchase full weekend tickets here.

Is the event 21+, even if I purchase a “Just Metal” ticket?
Yes, the event is strictly 21+.

Will there be bottles/cans/etc. available to purchase from the breweries?
Nope. The only way to guarantee you can try every beer you want is to purchase a weekend-long “Metal & Beer Ticket.”

Can I get a “Just Beer” ticket?
No. Leave the hall, poser.
