Cryostasium, the one-man black metal project led by Cody Maillet, is ultra-prolific. Since 2003, Cryostasium has released over 30 recordings including a split with Xasthur, most of them coming post-2011. His music combines black metal, dark ambient and industrial sounds, as you’ll hear on new song “Starbound,” which hails from the EP of the same name.
