Full Album Stream: Infuriate – “Infuriate”

Everlasting Spew Records has a pretty solid track record of releasing high-quality death metal, a track record that won’t be soiled with the release of Infuriate’s proper first release. Tackling topics like the brutality of nature and the less-than-savory acts that humans often commit, it matches this with a brutal slant on death metal. Not the kind of brutality that drops a slam every few minutes, but Infuriate aren’t afraid to groove and they don’t have time for melody in the slightest.

I’m at times reminded of Dyscarnate, not because the two bands sound exactly the same (they don’t, really) but because both bands excel when they incorporate groove metal into their sound. Have a listen for yourself; Infuriate is now unleashed upon the world.
