Swedish heavy metal force Egonaut have found the meeting point between hard rock and epic heavy metal, as demonstrated with their new video for “Awakenings.” The mid-tempo music anchored by pounding drums, foot-stomping riffs, haunting melodies and theatric vocals doesn’t fall easily into either category, but it is catchy and comes paired with a strong visual component, as you can see in the all-black video.
