Spanish outfit Vor have an approach to sludge that leaves little doubt to who’s playing when it’s heard. A very noisy package that draws heavily from Today is the Day and Melvins, Vor use just bass, drums and shouted vocals on new album Depravador. The fuzzy sonic blend is paired with equally “out there” art and visuals, which include aliens, bugs, skulls, syringes and more. You can listen to Depravador in full below; it’s being released by a large partnership of labels, with all purchase links available here.
