My Dying Bride Heralds Early Winter in October Decibel

Misery loves company, so October’s Decibel lays out the welcome mat for some big name first-time cover stars: legendary U.K. death/doom powerhouse My Dying Bride.

Despite their umpteenth lineup shuffle, MDB are as potent as ever on the forthcoming Feel the Misery. In advance of their 12th studio album (due in September on Peaceville), the band contributes an exclusive, editorially-requested (!) flexi: original track “Hollow Cathedra,” which will not appear on the record.

The October issue also features a Q&A with Slayer’s Kerry King, the latest on Nile, Uncle Acid and Fear Factory, and dB‘s comprehensive examination of the rise and fall of nu-metal, the latter of which you can preview right here!
