Philadelphia’s Moros just released their crushing debut, Weapon, on Friday but the sludge trio are already pushing forward. Moros teamed up with Outer Heaven drummer Paul Chrismer to shoot a video for “Death Nebula,” the record’s fifth track. The video highlights the grittiness of Moros’ music—check it out below.
“We were looking for a cool, intoxicated vibe to go along with one of the more savage jams on the record,” guitarist/vocalist Jason Dost explains. “The song ‘Death Nebula; is a departure lyrically from the rest of the album, dealing with sci-fi end time ideas of the earth being engulfed by an unseen force of nature.”
