Decibel Metal & Beer Fest alumni Adroit Theory Brewing are preparing to begin releasing a four-part series of Hazy IPAs, the first of which is inspired by The Crow film and comic.
The first in the Elegy series is the Pain edition. Adroit Theory owner Mark Osborne describes the beer as “high flaked wheat/oat with crazy aromatics from Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado.”
Adroit Theory will host a release party on Saturday, August 18 and our friends at The Six Most Metal Breweries will also be in attendance to shoot an episode of the show with host Adam Zuniga, who will be in full Crow makeup. You should be too.
“Super excited to host The Six Most Metal Breweries,” Osborne says. “Adam suggested throwing a Crow-inspired costume party, and we thought it was a great idea. But we’re not that picky. We’ll take people in black metal corpse paint, Goth attire, hell, we’ll even take the wrestler Sting! Just come out. We will have 24+ drafts for the event.”
