Full Album Stream: The Body & Full of Hell

One Day You Will Ache Like I Ache will hurt your brain.” Now that isn’t an actual quote from anyone associated with the either The Body or Full of Hell, but it should/could/might as well be. We totally made that up, but that doesn’t make it any less true.

It makes for a safe assumption that since both bands hurt ears individually, a collaboration of these A-team headcrushers is likely to lead to permanent brain damage (or at least hearing loss, we/they can hope). In an attempt to facilitate this objective, we present a pre-release stream of the album (which Neurot will be releasing on March 25th, with pre-orders available here) below.

For those unfamiliar with either group, The Body plays sludge of the most crushing variety, and boasts past collaborations with Krieg, Thou, Vampillia, and Braveyoung, while Full of Hell rips through powerviolence/grindcore vitriol and has collaborated with top-tier noisemongers Merzbow. A logical expectation may be a sludgegrind hybrid — however, such would be too obvious. Instead, One Day You Will Ache Like I Ache bashes brains more on the level of harsh, pounding, noise. And while this often does pick up to a razor whirlwind, or drop down to a swampy stomp, the cerebral violence is delivered primarily in the form of factory-press Godflesh churn.

Destroy below. And yes, the title is a Hole reference.
