By now you know that the March issue is our inaugural Decibel Yearbook, celebrating all things heavy in 1991. But unless you’ve picked up the issue (and since only print is real, you need to get on that), you may not know that we commissioned the great Mark Rudolph to do a two-page “Smells Like Teen Spirit”-style “class photo” spread of everyone relevant to extreme music that year.
