It’s hard to get a bead on what Swedish progressive sludge outfit Moloken are all about from this video alone. The introductory title track to new album Subliminal Hymns offers a largely unbroken, very familiar NeurIsis chug — it seems weird that it’s only three minutes and not 13 — but the rest of the record goes in a thousand different, very interesting directions.
