It only makes sense that a brutal death metal outfit called Dysentery would have an album called Internal Devastation. But that was four years ago. This Massachusetts four-piece is back with third full-length Fragments, due out on Comatose July 10. Pre-orders are available now, but get a taste of the savagery with “Paranoid Division.” Bloody diarrhea does not fucking rule whatsoever, but these guys do. According to the band, “‘Paranoid Division’ is a personal favorite from the new album. Musically, it has a little bit of everything that Fragments has to offer: intense blasting grind, guttural catchy groove and a knuckle-dragging beatdown crammed into just over two minutes. Lyrically, it’s a snapshot of a paranoid schizophrenic mind: the inner dialog of mental turmoil spiraling to total self-hatred.”
