Decibel faves and southern sludge vets Kylesa will join headliners Lacuna Coil for six West Coast dates in May and June. Thank Laura Pleasants’ double-X chromosomes for the bizarre pairing: The whole month-long, Revolver-sponsored “Hottest Chicks in Metal” tour features support from bands with female members, including female-fronted metalcore act In This Moment and rare US appearances from Dutch psych-metallers The Gathering on 10 shows. It will be Decibel’s solemn journalistic duty to report on any backstage pillow fights that happen on these dates:
