i wanted to get this because i thought i could get it at halfprice at relapse, but now their sale is only non-2011 albums… bummer

 I guess Tombs makes up for the UTTER SHITE that makes up the rest of the top 10.

 NOT ONE of those is any good besides Tombs and Yob (and I don't even like them that much, I just don't think they're bad)

i found the complete list online on a random forum. i have 21 of the albums in some 

format of the other. i like reading top 40 lists but i take them with a grain of salt.

whatever the lists say it doesnt matter it was a good year in music. 

i have the following albums from the list:

fucked up

gridlink

deafheaven

in solitude

negative plane

and mastodon on its way in the mail

also expected to see burzum somewhere on the list maybe…

i like the list, will have to buy some stuff from it to stay up to date… i feel like some out of touch 40 year old nerd with a slipknot shirt and no tattoos who only go to local shows, and throws the horns all the time

I forgot how much this list makes people cry. And now you know why I hate music lists.

In Solitude and 40 Watt Sun were nice surprises. Primordial I still don't get. Junius I don't think I've even heard of until now.

Oh, and Hammers Of Misfortune are so incredibly overrated. Everything they do, other bands do better.
