Chicago’s Scientist are thinking big. The press release for their new album, Barbelith, describes the album’s central themes as “the search for life’s meaning through the use of psychedelics and the occult means, only to discover that you haven’t even been born yet.” Based off The Invisibles comic book series, the album is dense and experimental.
