New Zealand’s Blindfolded and Led to the Woods play death metal with a crazed edge. Maybe it’s all those guns they’re hoarding, but on their second album, Modern Adoxography, they sprinkle in a helping of mathcore insanity that leaves everything sounding a bit unhinged.
For all the insanity, however, Blindfolded and Led to the Woods never leave technical precision behind. Following in the vein of bands like The Dillinger Escape Plan, their hectic riffs are airtight and fluid. You don’t need to take our word for it, though: Modern Adoxography is streaming below.
